Gujarat SET Eligibility
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have at least 55% marks in Master’s Degree in Sciences, Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications or any other relevant subjects. Only those candidates are eligible to appear in the GSET who have completed or studying in the final year of a UGC specified Master degree in a subject of GSET.
Age Limit: There is no upper age limit applying in GSET for eligibility of Assistant Professor.

GSET is a state level eligibility test of Gujarat. Qualifying the Gujarat SET is necessary for recruitment to the entry level academic posts of Assistant Professor or Lecturer in state universities or colleges.
What is the application fee?
Application fee is slashed to Rs 700 for Third gender and SC / ST categories. However, the fee is Rs 900 for All Other candidates including Gen and OBC.
