Jharkhand Sachivalaya Ashulipik Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor degree from a recognized university or equivalent in any subject.
Shorthand Skill: Candidate should have a shorthand speed of 50 words per minute in Hindi. Similarly s/he should be able to transcript the data within 40 minutes. There is skill test for 500 words.
JSSC Sachivalaya Stenographer Computer Test
There is a computer aptitude and application test to be taken. Computer Test is consist of questions related to table wise data. The following work has to be done according to the instructions in question paper.
- To type the table wise data in MS Word application.
- Data entry in MS Excel and calculations related to average, addition, subtraction etc.
- Preparation of Pie Chart and Bar Chart based on data generated in MS Excel.
- Preparation of Power Point Presentation Slide based on the data generated in MS-Excel.
- Preparing a document and folder of all above work and sending the same via email.
The total duration is 90 minutes for Jharkhand Secretariat Steno Computer Test. There are total 150 marks according to 25-25 marks for each section. It is mandatory to get at least 30 percent marks to pass.

Written exam has objective type multiple choice questions. Each right question has 3 marks. On the other hand there is negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer.
