High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh is inviting applications to fill up thirty three posts of Senior Scale Stenographer. High Court Chandigarh Vacancy Details:
- Senior Scale Stenographer – 33 posts
Age Limit: General candidates should have age between 21 – 30 years as on 01.05.2017. Relaxations or reservation shall be given as per existing rules and regulations.
Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4400/-
Qualification: Degree of Bachelor in Arts or Bachelor degree in Science or equivalent thereto of a recognized University. Candidate must has proficiency in operation of Computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets).
Selection Process: Candidates shall be required to take down dictation at the minimum of speed of 100 words per minute in English shorthand. They have to transcribe the same on computer with a speed of 20 words per minute. Select list of the qualified candidates will strictly be prepared only on the basis of merit in the word processing and transcription test.
How to Apply: Application forms along with photocopies of relevant certificate and documents should be submitted by 27.06.2017. Duly filled-in applications in prescribe format should be send by post to- Coordination Branch (Receipt & Dispatch), Punjab and Haryana High Court, Sector-1, Chandigarh, Pin-160001.
Application Fee: Applicants of SC/ST/BC categories shall have to pay an application fee of Rs. 250/-. All applicants of Ex-Servicemen and Physically Handicapped categories shall have to pay a sum of Rs. 250/-. All other applicants shall pay an application fee of Rs. 500/- Fee shall be payable only by way of Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order payable at Chandigarh in favor of Registrar General, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh.
